hey peeps,2008 review!
PAE TIMES hmm,guess that this was the most relaxing and the most exciting period this year.well,during prelims of sec 4,i have no intention of getting into any jc for the first 3 months and my prelims results wasnt very good.i got 15 or 16 for l1r5 i think.a letter from moe came and i suddenly thought,why dun i go to a jc and try out the things inside and see if its better than poly.so i anyhow went and apply lo.put jjc as first choice with my grades and since its near my house,dun feel like waking up so early la.haha.well,i can say i nvr regretted going in.remembered the first day when i stepped into jjc with fuhua uniform,weird and surprised,"welcome to jj,this way pls"..haha.and it goes on and on,the ppl there were full of energy and i have no idea they were so called leaders that time.i was thinking,"tai kua zhang le la"haha.got into the hall and gathered into orientation groups(og),i was in og 12.hmm,i guess there was only zihang and grace i knew in the whole og cause they are from fuhua too.and one ogl hotatt also from fuhua.haha.camp was awesome too!made me feel that being an ogl is so amazing and so influential towards the people.my whole og,all borned in january and early feb,was cool!had many og outings and theres one coming up.haha!  then it was class next,08s19 with mr yee wai seng.this was the class where i get to know lots lots of nice peeps like benedict,zhengtian,choke,kong,liaoheng,anna and all the others.the class was united i guess by ponning pc altogether.haha.till now,some went off to polys or other jcs and the rest who stay aint the same class as me.aw!but they're nice!greatest period in jjc,PAE!!  Line camp 1,CD-AYL,line camp 2,F1 warriors next marks the greatest change in my life,by joining a jj facilitator.it all started with YOG where we rock the padang with songs,cheers and dances.joined my first ever camp as a leader in jj in west zone line camp 1.get to experience many many things.didnt really had time to interact with campers in line camp 1 as i was a games attache.hmm,it was definitely much more detailed and more planning required organising games in jj compared to in fuhua as a cca counsellor.haha.anyway,met new campers as frens like siying,geraldine,jared,nabil,all from bbss.haha see so few.and from pri sch,only 1 kept in contact with me,belinda,lol..she just smsed me this morning.haha!  then was CD-AYL where there were campers from malaysia,indonesia,china and other countries.promoted to a lg-ic.haha.tough tough job.taking attendance,receiving orders from family head.great experience too!imagined having 40 campers to take care of over 6 facilitators,tough job,but we did it!!and we are still in contact with the campers.haha.this group of ppl really made me cry during e-web before breaking the camp.aw!  participated in another line camp 2 with new group of facs and i guess maybe the facs didnt knew each other really well,and the campers each group was only less than 10.so maybe this was counted as a failure camp to me personally.haha.anyway,met more peeps in jj!  next come the F1 warriors!!i was in F1 all around in line camp 1 and CD-AYL.and as there were less facs in CD-AYL,the bonds between the family was stronger.it was the family whre everyone knows me as a thailand boy.haha.had great fun in the family with them in prep-camps,during camps,and outside.they are definitely 1 group of ppl i wont forget after leaving jjc.  "what you wanna be now?F1 WARRIORS!"  08S23 hmm,my present class of 24 people.well,i dunno why i have a feeling i didnt really spend alot of time on this class.haha.even if there were outings,not everyone will go.but met new frens in jjc too.i think the time when the class become most united is the time when everyone is facing the hell of some particular teacher.haha.seriously hope that the particular teacher wont be teaching us anymore la.thats my first ever wish in year 2009!  Prelim period greatest struggle of my life in year 2008.it was a period where everyone was working on their brains in every single second of their time.studying,mugging!it was a rather no life period as everyday after school,i would come home to study and do nth else.hmm,wonder how am i going to tolerate this kind of things for 1 whole year in 2009 to prepare for war at A level.anyway,i worked hard and it paid off,i was promoted,but just with grades of E,B,E.bad bad bad!  thats all that have happened in year 2008 but maybe theres one more,EC!haha,dun wan talk about it.regrets!hmm,year 2009 is coming soon,very soon and i feel it will be a super long year,longer than in sec 4 or even pri 6 whre we are facing great fears at the end of the year.if you ask me whether i'm prepared for 2009,no i'm not!definitely not!i going to be 18 soon,lol,so old liao and really la,year 2009,pls dun come so fast.haha!but i think this quote from my favorite book "The Little Prince" makes sense in year 2009 "What makes the desert beautiful,is that somewhere it hides a well" |
