okay,second book out! not as great as the first but who don't like book outs huh? this week training was quite fast i thought. quite a few interesting things happened each day. not going to write them here cause i wrote it on my journal book (: i'm gonna write journal everyday in Tekong man! and i thought i was lucky not to get into Vipers. JX smsed me one night say they kena stand by bed after lights out? wtf!and they had to throw everything out! luckily in Quebec we only had one stand by bed (: "huh huh,huh lam pa!" lol,we did jumping jets with those counts above,funny as it is! 3rd of PTP passed, i feel that i'm getting closer and closer to my first ever chin-up! yes!come on!5 more weeks to prove myself! oh,and i'm spending money like don't know what in NS. yes in NS! $19.60 insurance every month,$5 donation every month and 8 years $231 SAFRA. woo lala and minus $100 every month for my mother. don't want count anymore,haha! next week gonna be a good week man! booking out on thursday!wee!!! and my coy damn scary,CH platoon kena quarantined from the rest of the coy. LOL! and i'm sick -,-''' maybe the coy will get quarantined soon (: freak! i'm eating damn lot during the weekends. last weekend ate Mac+steamboat+BBQ. this weekend ate KFC+Xiao Long Bao+Ramen. and i 好不容易 slimmed down by 1.6 kg. to make matter worse,i can't find the motivation to go down and run during weekends. just now went watch the super old Jack Neo movie "Being Human" okay,fuck! total waste of $30 for the tickets,nearly slept la. no storyline,poor acting,computer effects,freak! okay la,nothing much le! next weekend anyone wants go out,plenty of time man! off to watch soccer le,finally! (: 10:46 pm Saturday, 20 March 2010 RECRUIT TAN KAH WANG REPORTING! woo!finally out of tekong,out of confinement! its really abit sucky to get enlisted on a saturday cause you kena confined two weekends. enlistment day,saturday march 6. it was a beautiful saturday,went reluctantly to pasir ris interchange. boarded the bus to the SAF terminal. boarded the bus to pulau tekong. after reaching,separated with family members ): went into the auditorium,and all those *************** okay,i'm not going to post much about army life. i scared if write too detailed later kena. met up with family members again for the last lunch. then really needed to bid farewell le,damn sad ): boarded the super bumpy toner to Rocky Hills,became ulu kia. got into Quebec company platoon 3 section 2. only person i knew in my company is chonghao and 3 other JJs peeps. so the number of JJs peeps there is only 5 out of 252? haha! shaved my hair all those,met new friends,got a super enthu buddy! dont want talk much about the 13 days there. cause cannot really remember much la,just army stuffs lor. like a total prisoner,wake up,exercise,eat,exercise,eat,exercise,eat,sleep. and some lectures along the way la. always damn happy to go to ladang out of rocky hills. saw JX and JZ at vipers,WJ at falcon,HH at Griffon(whatever the spelling). and surprisingly,we are the PTP leaders batch. this means that most of all will go to commandos school. wa piang,i just want be a normal soldier(: stressed,anyway dont think got the chance to go commando school la. others all so enthu and leader-like and the first night i alr got myself screwed! okay nvr mind,forward all the way to book out day. it was the day everyone was looking forward to,damn nice that day! and they packed the whole day with physical activities. PT,aqua JOG,speed training,strength training. luckily,the god cried for us,then speed training was cancelled,damn shagged! and when finally reached singapore,saw the first car,the first traffic light,HAPPY! straight away went White Sands Mac with section mates. i missed coke and green tea while in camp sia,haha. and my mates always salivate with the Mac shaker fries poster on Straits Times. funny ah!nice section mates i got there and one guy is from fuhua. and the funny thing is,i nvr seen him b4,LOL! okay,saw Anna at Mac waiting for Hunsheng whos also booking out from vipers. oops oops,getting closer le huh,haha. and at first sight i couldnt confirm it was Anna till i messaged her and asked her. LOL!took the mrt for 1 hour like that and finally home sweet home! haha,and damn sian,todae need go the beach road buy my SOG pouch. half an afternoon gone and tml morning still got some ceremony thing to attend. wake up early plus one morning gone! damn!whats this man! and the saddest thing is need book in at 1845,leave house at 1730!?!?! 2 weeks in tekong seems like 2 years to me. so its another 15 years to go! luckily theres my new found buddies to support me along the way. nicest thing when i reached home,"OMG,you've slimmed down!" (: haha,thats all peeps,hopefully can blog again next week, cause its not confirm i can always book out on friday night! pray pray,3rd week of tekong life,here i come! (: yes,theres someone i'm thinking of everynight in tekong (: 9:43 pm Friday, 5 March 2010 5th march 2010,the day which i dont want it to come at all. it was the day which makes me sleepless for nights. todae really marks the end of A level in junior college, can throw away all the notes and stuffs! i was worried beforehand that they are going be useful again. as I walked into the hall,the feeling is "dang!" "THIS IS IT!" make or break,all up to todae. sitting down and waiting for the teachers to speak finish is definitely tough. seeing those distinctions students stand up one by one also got jealous/envious. and when the teacher finally announced to give out the results,mixed emotions. stood up,butterflies in the stomach. then we queued up according to our registers and meet yamuna. seeing ppl in front of me laughed,smiled,cried. when finally my turn,one step towards yamuna seems so difficult, then i looked at her face and hoping she would smile at me. and she finally gave a smile,i was feeling"oh yes!" went on to sign the thing and she said,"haha,you look so scared" "BBB,well done!" at that moment,i didnt see my H2 grades at all. i looked straight at my slip for the GP result,C!!! felt like i was in heaven! the feelings damn great! okay,so i got BBBBC,splendid! if only everything was Bs,that would be so good huh. people get straight As,i get straight Bs,haha. went online see the admission criteria,freak! for the 10th percentile majority are like AAB or ABB. suddenly starts to panic,i thought i did well ): maths ah maths,why your bell curve shift so high? so the 3 courses i planning to take before the results are first one definitely out,aerospace engineering ntu need AAA/B. 什么鸟?but can try NUS mechanical engineering ABB/B. so now considering mechanical/civil/electrical engineering and mathematical science. and freak!cant go to any of the open houses because i'm in tekong! argh!what a time! so good luck to everyone with their choices of courses! and congrats to ppl who have did well! also to ppl who have not really did well,you all tried your best,cheer up! enough about A level results! its tekong tomorrow! yes,its the day where the eiffel tower of Tan Kah Wang will fall off completely! its the day where Tan Kah Wang must learn how to bath with cold water! its the day where Tan Kah Wang must hug a rifle instead of a bolster to sleep! LOL! suddenly i'm so excited for it! PTP starts tomorrow and like i said, PTP,the road to being a commando! (: LOL! so see you ppl in 2 weeks time? goodbye boys and girls! (: 10:21 pm Thursday, 4 March 2010 4th March 2010,supposed to be in camp by now actually. yes!its tomorrow! definitely cannot sleep tonight liao,damn nervy! bad feelings getting stronger and stronger. please buddha,bless me got results that can land me in uni (: i wonder when yamuna calls out my name tml,will she smile or frown. i hope she smiles and say,"WELL DONE!" but i know the chances of this happening is 0.000001%. or maybe the new principal will announce something like that, "I'm sorry to tell you all that all the results flown over from cambrige are lost, the plane carrying them has been hijacked by terrorists" LOL! so drama if this happens. so now is like 16 hours to results,35 hours to tekong. why must they put these two BIG days so close together. good luck everybody! i'm gonna need every luck i can get tml! 10:16 pm Monday, 1 March 2010 hey,percy jackson was better than i expected. it somewhat reminds me of a harry potter with narnia feelings. maybe some parts are like copy&paste of harry potter movie, but its still nice,and i'm definitely going to follow up on this series. next movie,clash of the titans! dont know whether got chance or not. went jurong safra for lunch for the first time. okay,it was big i suppose. swimming pool,gym,restaurants,pool,lan. went to the ishi mura japanese restaurant and yes,quite many choices and quite cheap. finished autumn concerto todae,like woo! finally!haha,really nice! (: yesterdae night father accompanied me watch football at 11pm till 1am. it was so unexpected of him because he need work the next day, and plus he's not really into soccer. and i was thinking maybe it was the last match i can watch b4 NS. touching,feel so sad ): last match le,and luckily the results were good. thanks fernando torres and steven gerrard for the nice send off!
