wee! so fast august is here!
its been 5 months in NS huh, 1 month in combat medic. well learned lots of stuffs as a medic, like getting a nurse degree like that -,-''' who knows, after NS i may be motivated to study nursing in uni (: 3 successful IVs le! and i passed all theory and practical tests so far, woohoo! this week the IV i got spare arm, so volunteer for others to poke lo. Imbran poked, at first i thought everything was well. needle went in, but then suddenly Sgt say take out the needle. lol, VEIN BURST! first haematoma case huh! then Sgt squeezed out all the blood, damn pain. now got blue-black le, and i heard it take a long time for that vein to heal,OMG! thursday night was my first ever guard duty in army. did prowling around the camp for 2 hours, dang! damn tiring sia, did from 11-1 and 4-6, only had 2 hours of sleep. lucky nothing much happened and especially since friday is book out day! friday was like POP day huh, games day actually. played captain's ball and my team won, even in the final! but overall our platoon lost la, haiz, still it was damn fun! (: booked out at around 1, haha damn rare sia! then friday night went airport T3. hmph! jealous to see my mum and sis can go overseas play! kind of reminds me of the time when i can taiwan (aw!) left the airport at around 1am, reached home 2am le. thought of having a long sleep since guard duty deprived me of my sleep. but ended up waking up at 8am, -,-''' woke up by my sis message that they reached Shanghai le and eating some super sucky xiao long bao -,-''' then back to sleep again, 10 plus woke up by nic's message. after that cannot sleep le ): so only had around 7 hours of sleep. afternoon went JP watched "Salt" with CC. ate Carl's Jr, holy moly! thick burger somemore! the amount of fats, OMG, cannot count sia. for 1 month as a combat medic, i've gained 1 kg le ): this is no good! so peeps, pls don't ask me go out eat buffet,steamboat anymore (: the movie was another full of plot show like "Inception" nearly slept in the first half an hour. quite a good show la, and everything in the show was expect the unexpected lor! next movie, Phua Chu Kang !!! haha! hmm, i'm thinking whether i should shave my hair to recruit style or not. its kind of tiring to be scared being caught for improper hairstyle in camp. monday national day, LOL! don't really have the atmosphere sia this year, maybe because of NS. booking in on monday night, damn sian ): this week saw my camper Sherman all over the newspaper. wow, he's like a worldwide figure le! hey LG1 LGLs, remember the times when he was dancing,singing and playing with us? haha, this world is amazing, you'll never know who you'll meet. who knows, some of those friends around you will be popular figures in the future? 8:50 pm |
